Where as Congress has been unable to decide which side of the border it is on and, Where as Congress has been unable to secure any trade agreements that are fair to the Tax Payer and, Where as Health, Education, and Welfare revenues that were voted in to be entitlements of Americans have been depleted to subsidize corporate greed and, Where as The Republican party assumes authority where it can not be responsible and the Democratic party assumes responsibility where it should not have authority and , Where as Congress has allowed the assets of The United States of America  as well as it's national security, to be given away to foreign entities, while assigning all debt and liabilities unto the tax payer and, Where as the legalization of the aforementioned acts constitute fiduciary treason and, Where as no one is accountable to impeach or prosecute these high crimes and , Where as, We the people having been assigned Trillions of Dollars of debt, and having lost equal opportunity  to per sue life, liberty and happiness in our own country, have agreed to and petition the following,

We do not intend to hinder prosperity and will not shock or diminish the economy of our nation however we do intend to prevent legislators from liquidating our assets.

 Therefore

There will be no one re-elected to any position in the Senate.

There will be no one re-elected to any position in the House of Representatives

We will  gradually boycott foreign products to the best of our ability. Only buying what we need as we need it. We shall return to making our own goods.

We will open bank accounts in small banks and gradually transfer all new income and assets to these banks while gradually depleting our accounts from the global banks and businesses.

 Until

Our Health, Education, and Welfare shall become  entitlements of equal opportunity. We have all ready paid for this. If the rich need to be taxed for this balance and restoration of fairness so be it. If the corporate tax need be raised so be it. Our constitution does not guarantee wealthy people cradle to grave increases of wealth and prosperity and power by redistributing wealth upwards thru the liquidation of taxpayers assets. Our personally property shall be protected from eminent domain and warrant less search and seizure.  The same shall be respected of our privacy.

The responsibility of securing the nation shall be performed by elected officials only, not political appointees of defense contractors that have been the recipients of outsourcing intelligence. We do not want War Profiteers engaged in intelligence gathering foreign or domestic. The attacks on our nation have been a result of Corporatism and its Profiteering in the Middle East. They hate them not U.S./us! The Shah of Iran, Saddam Hussein ,and Osama Bin Laden , have all been appointees of the Defense Industries CIA-CEO's. The weapons have also been provided by the aforementioned. We have witnessed the horror and evil of corporatism in a free country so we can only imagine the behavior of these strip mining, asset seizing, hostile take over professionals' behavior in a third world country. Countries with no one to protect them but their puppet dictator.

Only individual citizens of the United States shall be legally entitled to contribute to elections.

A corporate tax shall also be applied to Corporations doing business with the United States Government that does business outside the U.S. to help balance the Nations Debt they have created.

We the people fearing  the powers of this administration  which are not legally bestowed by the Constitution of the States of America, shall put in force this contract without signature of the petitioners and will act covertly to enforce said acts as taught to us by the offenders. There fore we remain sincerely and humbly as we have always been thought of and regarded by Congress
