Maybe the gases that we can see in the light of our atmosphere isn't as dangerous as what we can't see in darkness of the "Oil Underground".  If we are to turn things around let's start by turning 43 (Bush) into 34 (Eisenhower). 

Listen to the Generals.  Here is the most experienced and knowledgeable person on Earth in regard to our situation today. I believe he is qualified because he was hands on in every situation we face today. 

He was actually The first president born in Texas.   Received the Mexican Service Medal for opposing Mexican Forces.  He was a Five Star General and  our Thirty-Fourth President. 

He expanded Social Security and formed the Department of Health Education and Welfare. 

He was the first Supreme Commander of NATO.    He started the  Interstate Highway System 

He was a republican.  He died in Walter Reed Hospital.  

After being involved in the Suez crisis where all of "what is now"  began;  we became the defenders of the western interest in the middle east. The strategic military use of the Suez canal became the Petroleum Interest of the world. The rest is History, Present, and Future. 

The military and it's defense contractors together with OIL interest became the CIA CEO's of the OIL. 

General Eisenhower clearly pointed out what would happen and it has.  

On January 17, 1961, Eisenhower gave his final televised Address to the Nation from the Oval Office. In his farewell speech to the nation, Eisenhower raised the issue of the Cold War and role of the U.S. armed forces. He described the Cold War saying: "We face a hostile ideology global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose and insidious in method..." and warned about what he saw as unjustified government spending proposals and continued with a warning that "we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex  Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together."
